I've registered with the Telephone Preference Service - why am I still receiving calls?

Some companies base themselves outside of the UK. Unfortunately, they are not bound by the TPS. If a company is based within the UK but use an offshore company to make their calls, they must still adhere to the TPS.

If you have previously registered with the TPS and wish to take the matter further, they can contact The Information Commissioner or their local Trading Standards Office.

What is Video Calling?

Video calling is fantastic when you want see someone's reaction to something - like your exam results, or the new pink and yellow colour scheme in your bedroom. Use it when you want to tell someone something and show them too, like your black eye from football training or the picture-perfect mountain you're about to ski down. See more on video calling >
