Direct debit is the most hassle-free way to pay your mobile bill. Once set up, the full amount owing will be paid out of your account automatically around 14 days after you receive the bill in the post.
You'll never have to remember to pay your mobile bill again plus you'll avoid the £3 separate payment handling charge.
Setting up couldn't be easier - You can now set up direct debit online by logging into My T-Mobile, alternatively you can call us and we'll help arrange it, or simply download and print off the direct debit form below and send it back to us.

You can pay your bill directly from your bank account using the internet, phone banking or by SMS. This means you still have control over when you pay, and because online and phone banking is one of our preferred payment methods you avoid the £3 separate payment handling charge.
Log in to your online banking and set up T-Mobile as a payee using the following details:
If you prefer using phone banking, simply call your bank and provide these details.

To make a payment, firstly register your card and then text the following to 150:
For example: CR 1234 10.00 123. Remember to leave spaces.
We'll send you a text to confirm your payment was successful.
Paying your bill online through My T-Mobile is super-convenient because all you need is a computer with internet access and you can log in and pay from anywhere in the world.
It's also one of the few payment methods that registers instantly on your account. So if your account is suspended, just pay the overdue amount through My T-Mobile and we'll lift the bar on your phone straight away.
If you're paying in My T-Mobile for the first time you'll need to register a credit or debit card. Making a payment is part of the card registration process.
Next time you want to pay, simply login to My T-Mobile and select 'Make a payment'.
Make sure you have a registered card handy because you'll need to enter the three-digit security code on the back.

The easiest way to pay your bill is by Direct Debit but you can also pay your bill or top up your credit using our text 150 service or online using My T-Mobile.

To check whether a payment has gone through:
- Sign up or log in to My T-Mobile
- Select Make a payment.
- Select Payment history from the right.
TIP: Paying online and paying over the phone by Credit Card are the only methods where the payment will register on your account instantly.
We have a range of preferred payment methods you can use anytime to pay your bill without paying the handling charge: simply pay online, by phone or set up a Direct Debit. The separate payment handling charge applies to credit card payments and for paying by all other methods.

If you have recently joined T-Mobile or have upgraded your price plan your allowance and bill will be calculated on a pro rata basis for the first month.
The first monthly bill and allowance will be pro-rated to the date of your next monthly bill and thereafter the full allowance and charge will be applied on each monthly bill.
As an example if you were to join us in the middle of the month with a billing date of the 1st of the month you would have 2 weeks allowance to use before your first bill then your full allowance would be available once your billing date has been reached.
