From the Text Messages menu on your phone, select ' Write' or ' Create message' and use the keypad to write. Send by entering a mobile number or choosing a name from your phone book. A single message can contain up to 160 characters, but some phones will allow multiple messages of up to 450 characters. Refer to your handset user guide or use our Internactive Online Manuals for more info.

I think my phone is broken, what should I do?

We have loads of handy hints, tips and simple diagnostics in our Phone Support section. If you don't find the solution here and your phone is still under warranty just bring it along to your nearest T-Mobile store where one of our trained advisors will be happy to test it for you.

Alternatively, if the warranty has expired, you may be able to claim on your insurance policy. You may also want to see if you're eligible for an upgrade by logging in to My T-Mobile

If you are not eligible for an upgrade or you do not have insurance we can still fix your phone for you but there will be a charge for testing and repairing the handset. If you would like us to repair your phone please speak to an advisor in your nearest T-Mobile retail shop. You can check where your nearest T-Mobile store is here
