Price plan brochures

You can download pdf versions of our price plan brochures here. To open them, you'll need Acrobat Reader™.

On 4 Jan 2011, VAT went up to 20% and our pay monthly prices went up. Some of our older price plan brochures still show VAT at 17.5%. For those plans, you'll just be charged VAT at 20% rather than the 17.5% stated. Your bill will make this clear.

How can I pay my bill or top up my account?

The easiest way to pay your bill is by Direct Debit but you can also pay your bill or top up your credit using our text 150 service or online using My T-Mobile.

There are also several other convenient ways to pay your bill and top up.

How do I avoid the separate payment handling charge?

We have a range of preferred payment methods you can use anytime to pay your bill without paying the handling charge: simply pay online, by phone or set up a Direct Debit. The separate payment handling charge applies to credit card payments and for paying by all other methods.

How can I tell if my payment has been processed?

To check whether a payment has gone through:

- Sign up or log in to My T-Mobile

- Select Make a payment.

- Select Payment history from the right.

TIP: Paying online and paying over the phone by Credit Card are the only methods where the payment will register on your account instantly.

How do I check my allowance, balance and unbilled calls?

You can check your remaining allowance by texting AL to 150  and you can check your balance by texting BA to 150

You can also check these, along with your unbilled calls, through My T-Mobile

Can I use Skype?

To use Skype or other VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) services, you need to be on a price plan that supports Internet Calling such as Mobile Broadband Extra or web'n'walk Max.

You can check and change your price plan by logging into My T-Mobile

Can I get a bigger Fair Use Policy?

If you are a Pay Monthly customer on either the Mobile Broadband Plus or Extra price plan, you can upgrade to Mobile Broadband Max online at My T-Mobile. This will increase your Fair Use allowance to 10GB.

There is no minimum commitment period and you can go back to your original price plan at anytime.

Why do I not have my full allowance?

If you've recently joined T-Mobile or have changed your price plan, your allowance and bill will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the first month.

The first monthly bill and allowance will be pro-rated to the date of your next monthly bill. After that, your full allowance and charge will be applied on each monthly bill.

For example, if you join us in the middle of the month with a billing date of the first of the month, you have two weeks allowance to use before your first bill. Then, your full allowance will be available once your billing date has been reached.

If you want to check your current allowance or your billing date, login to My T-Mobile
